Muhammad Bagus Hari Santoso is a Water Resources Management Officer/Engineering Lecturer at the Public Works Polytechnic (PU-Tech), where he joined in May 2025, specializing in Water Resources Infrastructure. He holds a Master of Science degree in Water and Sustainable Development from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education, Netherlands, and completed his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Brawijaya with distinction as Faculty Valedictorian.

With over seven years of professional experience in water resources engineering, he has contributed to major infrastructure projects including irrigation systems, river improvement initiatives, and post-disaster rehabilitation work in Indonesia. His expertise encompasses hydrology, hydraulic engineering, geographic information systems (GIS), and water resources management.

At PU-Tech, he teaches several courses in his field of specialization while guiding students in applied research and engineering competitions. His research interests focus on hydrology, remote sensing applications, river morphodynamics, and sustainable water resource management. He is a certified Young Expert in Water Resources Engineering and has presented his research at national and international conferences.
